What sizes do you have and what can they hold?

What are your access hours and your office hours?

Office hours and unit access hours vary at each location. Details can be found here.



What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, cash and money orders. You may mail your payment or drop it off (all properties have drop slots near the front door). We also accept payments online once you are a tenant. We do NOT accept credit card payments over the phone unless you have already submitted a signed authorization form. Automatic billing is available with a form on file as well (or you can set it up online).



Can I rent a unit over the phone or online?

You may RESERVE a unit over the phone or online, but the only way to complete the rental agreement is in person at our office.



Is there a minimum stay requirement?

You can stay for one day or one decade (or longer!) but we do CHARGE you a minimum of one month's rent. And from there we bill in one month increments. We do require a 10 day notice to vacate.



Are my belongings insured while being stored at your facility?

We require that your belongings be protected while being stored at our facility. This can be accomplished by enrolling in our no-deductible Insurance Plan starting at $9 per month, covering losses and damage up to $2000 or more, and/or providing proof of homeowners/renter's insurance.
